Fasting based nutrition plan now in the 2nd phase…

After a hugely successful start back in July, the latest Insync nutrition plan created by Frank has now entered its second phase for winter.

With losses of over 10kg in weight, over 10% in body fat and up to 8 points in visceral fat for some clients, this has been by far the most successful plan to date.

When asked why, Frank puts it down to the ease of making fasting part of your daily lifestyle.  Balancing weekend meals out with 24 hr fasting and implementing 12-16 hour fasts on all other days participants are not left dreaming of the next meal or craving.
