Mobility is the ability to get yourself into good positions to make sure you perform the exercises correctly, safely and maximise your time efficiency spent train ing. Working out is sometimes not as important as working in, that’s where recovery comes in. Change happens at home, on your days off and the additional 23 hours in the day you don’t spend working out.Using technique s such as foam rolling, soft tissue work, trigger point release we will perform basic maintenance on your body to bring your body back into alignment and to address and hot/tight spots so you can continue to perform at your highest standard!
